Gothseengar Foundation is a legal entity registered in Societies Act of 1860, It is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1991 with the proclaimed objectives to build capacity of the communities / stake holders, social development & services, protection issues, gender & development, credit programs, community empowerment by establishing social groups, CCBs, and mobilizing communities to work themselves for their own development, disaster risk reduction disaster Management, sustainable agriculture and natural resource management, human rights, poverty reduction through various projects and programs by diversified range of activities to provide a platform to the civil society to raise their voice and ensure that their voice is heard.
Foundation is working customarily for the disadvantaged segments of the society without any discrimination of color, caste & creed on secular basis through promoting social justice, peace and harmony
